cleaned up the maxima - 96 SE

well i cleaned up the maxima a little bit today. nice and sunny out so i snapped off a few pics. not too much new with the car other than a nice door ding on the front passenger side and the rear tint decided to start bubbling up! none the less the car still cleans up pretty nice for just turning over the 150K mark.

i am still entertaining the thought of going back to the 2k1 SE 17s that i was rolling on for years. the tires are still fresh on these enkei's so that is definitely keeping me from wanting to take them off. what do you think?

Love the look, Paul. I'd stick with those RP02s over the stock 17s any day. They look better, have BBK clearance, and they're lighter.

Looking good man. I would go ahead and keep the Enkeis...they complete the look of the car perfectly.

KEEP THE ENKEI's! They look great. I wouldn't change a thing other than retinting the rear window.

Looks good Paul. Is that the factory paint on the car? If it is you have the paint in the best shape I have seen on a 96.

wow bringing this thread back from the dead!

I did end up going back to the 2k1 17's. Got the tint redone shortly after those photos were taken. (Kept it 35%). Paint still shines nicely even after turning over 185k miles.

I guess this gives me a lame excuse to post some random pics I have...

One of my favorites...love hitting the 1320 doing 110+

Wow, your car looks very good, especially for living in the north east. sometimes I wish I still had my 4th gen. Rust proof yearly and I suspect that it would never get rust.
