Fun Weekend...
Fun weekend... I am an audio n00bert plus I hate wiring...

Still a work in progress though.

Just responded, thanks.
Yup, got it right. I mapped it out on a spreadsheet first
and connected everything off the car. This was much easier than my ongoing Emanage harness project.
In terms of audio, need to wire up the PAC for the steering wheel controls and figure out why the sub levels are so low (I am keeping the stock speakers, amp, and sub just swapping HUs).

I'm cutting a slit in the back of the pocket to run the cables out that way so that the connectors and devices can be concealed in the pocket if necessary.

Oh yeah, for the 1% of you who don't know what the stock set up looked like, here's an older picture:

I know, it is cleaner, but the stock HU sucked and having been through three refurbed ones, it was time to move on. I also didn't want to blow the money on a double din.

Thanks. Do you have the iPod adapter? Where and how are you running the iPod cable into the cabin? Or even the USB cable in the back of the HU? I know some people use the glove compartment, but I'm not going that route.

Don't get me wrong, it looks perfectly fine, but the CD player barely worked and playing the iPod via an FM modulator didn't quite cutting it. Just thought it was a good time for an upgrade. I also love the built in Bluetooth on the Eclipse.
