wow you're dumped! how is the ride? Over here the i30 was discontinued after 2001 and then the i35 was started but it looks like the i30 lasted to 2004 in Germany...good to know

That was quick, they just day viewed that suspension at sema last week, , I was told the set up was around $1800-$2000. it comes with an alarm style remote control which is pretty kool.

that's the american debut, the member is from europe. i would imagine them to be much cheaper stateside. for $4k+ it's not a great option (no offense op, we can just get better at that price over here) but in the $2k range... that's another story.

hell for 2gs thats a steal imo instead of having to piece together your own system etc. + you get a warranty!

gahhh i earmarked 2k for a 6spd swap but this might have to come 1st!

can i have pics of the remote, some videos, etc. etc. i want more details!

I have no remote at this time.

We here in germany have a lot requirements,
all that stuff has to be certificated by the german TÜV, it costs a lot of money.

The second thing is, i bought the airride upon my local tuningshop,
he will earn money to.

The air suspension stuff here is awfully expensive.

I will take a video with my chromewheels this weekend, watch out!

But iam very happy with it!!!!!

Thanks for alle comments

same here. in the pics they looked pretty large that's why i asked.
how to you adjust the height? a game controller or something?
did you do the install yourself? looks pretty straight forward/easy. details?
Any other plans for your ride?
Are there many modified cars in EU? Modified Nissans/Infinities?
Are big rims popular over there?
What part of germany are you in?

ihavealotofquestions.

I have 2 switches one for the front and one for back.
20cm under the sidemirror control... cant explain it so good.

No, leader of K-Sport germany installed it.
It was a very hard job, he told me!
The pressure indication is loceted at the A-pillar, but its not finished right now.
Next step is, Injen CAI, but Injen thinks iam kidding.
I orderd the intake a month ago.

Replace the original navi monitor and connect it to my avic d3.

Trunkrebuild next year.
Screens, PS3 etc...

More powaahhh!

Infinti will come next year to germany... they said the same last year...
Nissan sold maybe 15000 Maximas in over 10 years.
The owner are 40yrs +.

We have a nissanboard to... but there are only 20 active maxima drivers.
Nissans are not very popular in the ours tuningscene.
VW/Audi and BMW dominate...

Iam watchin streetfire.net every day, here in germany, we have no streetracingscene or something....

I think the big rims style is coming... but the most guys goes in the sporty direction. Iam rollin through the town... my ride is turnin heads.
I live in a small town 28k citizen, there is no other A33 Maxima out there.

I live in Bavaria, u know oktoberfest....

Iam planing to visit maxus next year.

i wouldn''t jump in head first on price alone. more often than not you get what you pay for. obviously i have no first hand experience with the k-sport setup but i would be weary based on track record alone.

first off, i would assume they are made using the same, or similar quality, dampers as their coilovers. head ache #1.

#2, which could potentially end up being much more than just a head ache, is the quality of the bellows. no evidence here one way or the other, but you do not want a bag busting on you. now this is something that has the potential to happen even with the best bags on the market but proven quality beats unknown everyday.

also $2k is not a whole lot less than you can get a setup from other manufacturers, and a lot of kits carry a warranty (exclusions being custom setups, but even then the shop should cover you).

not tryin to **** in anyone's cheerios but there's a lot more to consider than price for safety and usability's sake.

understood an thank you. but as i have a DD and AAA i feel i can deal if a bag bursts. obviously this would not be wanted but as long as they warranty it i think i should be fine...to a degree obvious. and thank you for bringing this up!

If I put together a 'good' bag system i'm looking at 3k+ also i have no warranty.

i personally have no problem being a guinea pig as i have been before with other mods no other maxima has done before i'v prototyped things before...

that being said can you give me links of Ksport coilovers not working well for 5.5 gens? i'm honestly unaware of their lack of quality...

i'm really very interested as i was considering the ksport coilovers + ksport bbk to install this winter before i go FI in the spring...

i'm not a fan of fast bags on cars but that is insanely slow. 1/4" lines?

do you have threads left on the rear to go lower?

The wheels are not my style at all, but the car looks great when its lowered. Its a clean setup.

Is that as low as the air suspension can go? I'm currently at about your height when you're lowered and I can go quite a bit lower. I ride like that daily without a problem but i'm on coilovers. Also, what is the comfort like on those.

More info on the fog lights please! lol They come stock like that over there?

The last 2 pics with the rims is the lowest position AT THE MOMENT.
My next step is, pull out the fender - i will go lower!

Drivingposition. is 1-2 finger between tire and fender.

And the fogs, they come stock here,
in down under the max come with a bodykit, called SR-T with the same fogs.
I like the skirts from this kit!

Roll and pull away my friend! Thats the only way to ride low. My fender is covering almost half of my tire right now and I only rub on bumps.

I need those fogs.
