so after weeks of crap *** weather I got to clean my car and took some pics

Throw some tire shine on those wheels, repaint your grille, and get what looks to be some sort of residue off your right tail light and it'll be perfect. Your car is clean as usual though.

what size, im thinking 15mm...right now it has some 5mm spacers in the rear. when i get the new rear im moving the 5 up front

what i suggest is you stop guessing and use your brain. it shouldn't hurt.

don't forget to add 5mm for your existing spacers. roll your fenders too.
