Detailed the Motor!!!!!

I scrubbed the crap out of the valve cover with a brillow pad then repainted it and the intake with high temp paint. I also redid the spark plug cover in black, i think it looks 100 times better let me know what you guys think.

no.. i used foam engine degreaser then i misted it all off scrubbed on everything with a brillow pad and repainted the valve cover and spark plug cover.

To clear this up you painted the the actual valve cover? Did you paint the UIM and the timing chaing cover as well? Or just cleaned?

I need to do this to my bimmer...my valve cover has paint chipping and the gasket's been leaking for a while...the engine bay just looks nasty. lol.
