98 Going Through Some Changes

Here are some older pics when I started modding the max. I'm not sure what look I was going for.

Now to what it looks like now!!!!!!

I'm loving the progress springs. I have a 2 finger gap all the way around. I'm actually looking to get the black r34's. My plan is to paint the max sterling mist at some point. I also want to get some oem fogs and get bluebat to send me some yellow overlays to match the bumper lights. Also plan on getting his tail overlays as well. How do you think that will look?

i don't like anything in that paragraph, but it's your car not mine. do your thing and hopefully it works for you.

Can I just suggest that if you're going to repaint the car, be a little more creative than Sterling Mist? I'm a KT3 owner myself and LOVE the color, but if I were to repaint my car I would be a little more unique with it (i.e. Toyota Quicksilver or even Nissan's Polished Titanium).

I also don't agree with some of your plans or everything on the car as it sits, so there's my input.

what happened to your drivers door pillar? I see that you took off the black vinyl but what is that residue?
And what's with the tint job? Only the back window and the small glass section on the rear door? Looks a little strange to me.
Like the red/clears but not feeling the rims.
nice progress though.

I just wanted to keep it a stock maxima color for some reason. I'm not 100 percent sure on the color, just don't want pebble beige anymore. I also love crimson blaze alot. Who knows what i will end up with.

I was not able to get the residue off, was going to fix it when it got painted. Kept getting tickets for 5% tint, so I took off the tint on the windows that roll down. in Alabama, our tint meters have to go in between the glass. So the rear and the small windows they cannot measure, so they cannot give me a ticket.

your tinting laws suck.
up here... we legally cannot have the front windows (drivers side and passenger side) tinted at all. The rears are legal to have done whatever tint you want.

IMO, it's definitely an improvement. Not my style wheels, but they're different from a lot of what you see on here.

You should keep the chrome R34s. They seem to go well with a lighter colored Max.

Maybe change out the bumper lights though...not much of a step up from the stock ones.

Overall
