No track times yet. Waiting for spring to get to the track. I hate stock and I really don`t want it to look like a sleeper. I want it to say "what was that car" Anyway, thanks

horrendous body kit and hood...but the turbo kit almost negates it all and makes it a positive thing

 

I don't care much for the exterior, but the turbo setup looks well done.

Do you have pictures of the turbo manifolds/piping? Under the car and above. Just want to see how/where you ran your piping.

 

I think if you had just a stillen front lip and a nice drop and a 6spd (if its not currently) you have the hottest 5.5 gen out there. Nice turbo btw

not a fan of the bodykit.. but hey to each their own.. its your car and you should do whatever you like.. and the turbo is real nice.. seen some videos on another forum of your car.. got any to post up here?

Not a big fan of the kit but IMO,black mesh, s-techs or coilovers and a different choice of wheels would fully turn the car around..Might pull of the kit better..lemme see if i can photoshop it for ya

 

i had to do a double-take, and make sure it wasn't Torgus who turbo'd his car.

lose the kit, tail lights, wheels and you have yourself a respectable car.

car would look 10000x better with a c/f hood, no kit, maybe a stillen lip, stock bumpers, different wheels.

the hood has to be one of the ugliest i ever seen. at least when people give you **** about the kit u can just smoke em..

 

lol It's funny when I first clicked into this thread and read "I know some of you will hate the body kit..." while I waited for the pictures to load, and I thought to myself about how bad can the kit look when he got a turbo. Then when the pictures finally finish loading, I was like... HOLY WOW is that a GTO?!

Fan of the engine bay, but not a fan of the exterior or lighting.

man i like your car and ive seen the youtube vids at least your 5.5 dosent look like EVERY OTHER 5.5 gen on here meaning Slam, Stillen kit, EVO 2 or CATTman exhaust, Axis Heiors or 5 spoke TSW's lol oh and you can for get the Black housing lights)

 

but you should consider coil overs and eyelids lol

 

yeah you're right it doesnt look like everything on the .org, it's the worst 5.5 i've seen in a while. sorry man but that looks like poo. a max looks great without a body kit and a hood that isnt functional. having the turbo on it can't make up for the hideous look of that car. you could of made the car a little faster with all the money you spent on the body kit and hood. sorry but it looks horrible. have a nice day though

Your car looks terrible! I'm glad its atleast all one color, but the hood is not a good look for our cars. A stock hood with the rest of the kit is far more tolerable but that hood...good lord that hood!!! I know we dont have many options for exterior styling and you dont want to look like every other max, lip kit certain wheels and low drop but I feel that is not a classy look. And the neons?! I mean seriously the neons?? that is a bit dated... no one does neons anymore...

I've always wondered what your car looked like, I followed your thread when it was getting shipped out and turbo kit put on... Best thing for your car is the turbo and thats all, I hope you dont get laughed at too much...

On a good note, if your driving and someone laughs at you and charges off, or tries to run you... you have the power to back it up

 

Hes getting attention because he created a thread with pics of his car in it. Its not like we saw his car and created the thread for him.

 

I hate the kit and the tailights , but nice turbo setup. I would say get rid of the hood ,sides,rear and chromies and you will look wayyyy better.
