Headlights look good, but you should have gotten the grille have on my '03. Its like yours, but has the Nissan symbol in the middle. I like the 1 I have better because the front end doesn't look so empty (look in my sig or click the CarDomain link for larger pix).

I'd be willing to say that the grill removes any maxima feel to the car. Seriously looking at the front end and the last thing that comes to mind is, wow thats a nice maxima. What comes to mind is... man thats a weird looking... chrysler/lincoln/something

And it completely detracts from the nice headlight work.

Just for argument sake, when you see this picture below, what kind of car would you say it is? I'd be willing to throw out a few names, and none of them would be "Maxima"

I'm willing to wait to see what kind of work you do . At this point I definitely don't like the grill, but who knows. I'd say give it a shot and see what you come up with, a lot of really cool things have come out from things you would have never expected.

And hey if it doesn't work out, the stock is always there ready to be thrown back in

good job with the DIY angel eye install...they look great. Also +1000 for originality with the LED strip at the along the bottom of the headlight housing. I am likely going to do the same with my headlights (maybe using a longer and thicker LED strip though) the next time I have to open them up.

I think if you had some 20in chromies on the max the upper/lower grill would complement the car nicely. With no other chrome on the car at this point (maybe you got chrome plans for the future?) I think the grille looks out of place.

I was never really a fan of those billet style grills..I always thought they had too many horizonal pieces of metal which made them confusing to look at lol. So you could say I'm biased to not liking the grill ahhah. Anyways good work with the mods!

If you drink enough, you might consider taking that grill home.

See, at first, your car's nose looked like Ashley Simpson's ... now it looks like Owen Wilson's.
