A Few New Pics 3/09 (HiRes)

8000K Xenon powered fogs, to match headlights. Projectors to come..

Over the winter, the transmission was rebuilt, due to input shaft bearing failure. I took the opportunity to install an Exedy Stage 1 clutch, and a Fidanza flywheel. I filled the case full of Redline Synthetic GL-4 75w-90.

Been working on detailing under the hood..

Laid some strategic decals. Been replacing brackets one by one, and sanding/painting others.

Custom Barq's Catch Can. Was driving aggressively and shot a little gear oil out of the breather tube! lol

I've always loved this 4th gen.

I have to say though, the g20 headreast dont flow with the rest of the interior in my opinion. It makes the car look older than it is... But thats just my opinion.

Keep it up though. The car is sexy.

I got it from Nissan! lol Then I had it polished at a local machine shop. The MEVI is also polished, although you cant see MOST of it, since it's under the engine covers..

A while ago, I hit it with a degreaser bath.. but now I just maintain it with cloths and glass cleaners!
I like the Muranos too.. people either love them or hate them. I think the car would LOOK a lot more 'modded', for some reason, with flashier wheels. But I love the subtlety, and I think the Muranos look better on the Max than they ever did on a Murano! lol

First, lemme say LOL. Thats the custom Barqs catch can! That hose is a transmission breather tube, and though it GENERALLY doesn't puke gear oil.. it did right after the rebuild. It made an unruly mess, in the process. So I attached the can temporarilly to catch any gear lube that might spit out again. It shouldn't again, but if it does (in the meantime) it'll go into the can instead of all over the transmission.

I like the concept of the headrests, as far as giving a sportier look. Not sure if they flow real good, though. They have gotten SUCH mixed reviews, it's actually pretty funny. I'm not sure that Im feeling them, either.. might flip them and grab some tilters!
