my go-kart

It's no maxima, but it's sure fun. Feels like a go-kart every time I drive it after that maxima lol.

It's pretty basic, here's what she has.

Greddy turbo kit w/ td04h turbo--- 9.5psi
Ebay piping kit/bov/FMIC--- no modification needed, and it holds pressure lol
Hondata s300-- Self tuned
ARP headstuds
STOCK engine
210whp/183 lbs/ft tq
Bandimere speedway--- best of 14.2

It's been on this setup for about 20k miles, blew a headgasket once from beating on her for a straight hour in the canyon --- otherwise no problems, at all.

And, she get's 30-35 mpg

I always remember preludes coming with h22 stock. To the OP its a shame your at such a high elevation, I bet that car would easy be doing mid to high 13s near sea level.

Yes, the prelude's came stock with an H22 in some models, and H23 (non-vtec) was included in the lower end trims.

Yes, people swap them in. I actually have a buddy that has one in his car-- PITA

Total cost was real cheap, probably with everything said and done was just a touch under 2k.

Yeah, elevation really is a disadvantage. I love living here though, so i'll just work on more boost

Basic? I wouldn't call a turbo setup basic...but it looks good.

Keep it simple. A motto more people should follow.

Looks pretty basic to me, turbo setups on most hondas are cookie cutter easy.

Dirty D's are pretty sweet. You would almost never think it would make that much power.

Of course, no need to extract more attention from the cops than necessary. Everything i've done to the car is functional in a performance aspect. The interior is pretty clean as far as gauges too...

92-96 preludes came with H23's(non vtec) H22s came in some which is harder to find in a 92-96 model. 97-01 came in every trim.
anyways, 14.2 in a d16 non vtec is pretty good...

D16y8 is what is in the car, which is one of the vtec d series engines. Thank you for the good information though.
