when i see this.. the first thing that comes to mind is.... wow.. that guy spend all that time/money/energy on getting all that stuff painted white and he gets a ebay red anodizing cap with a fake nismo sticker.... ??? hell, the red is not even red.. it is red/pink
the finishing touches are the most important to making everything come together

yea but i think there is some over analysing, dont you think you put a little bit too much thought into the oil cap... i understand you are more detail oriented, but dont u think for an oil cap to ruin the entire look of a car is just a little bit too much??? and your right the internet is a harsh place but, this particular part of the internet is to socialise, compliment, and help fellow enthusiast, let me do a little over analysis real quick, basically what ur sayin ur not really here to make this site a better place, your more of the "you post em here and ill find a reason to hate it"

i use to show my maxima (yeah, crazy i know) and those were the things that made you not even place in the top 3.. so you see how my mind works when it comes to things like a simple oil cap
and i gave him my opinion.. he can just ignore it..
and to be totally honest....i don't even own a maxima anymore.. i am here just to annoy people..
You guys kinda jumped on him a little bit. Lol. I asked his opinion. I appreciate it. The cap is more of a copper/red. However I do see what your talking about. I mean, everything is white/black/chrome. However, I can't really find an oil cap that I like. And I got this cap for like 15 bucks from another member on this forum.
But I also don't understand how my oil cap ruined the look of my whole car. That a little drastic. Lol. But I do appreciate your opinion. That's the only reason I post pictures of my car. To get people's opinions.

and i will clarify.. it ruined "my overall opinion" of your engine bay.. not the whole car...

Not sure what you can do about the "fake" Nismo sticker (never seen a real nismo part personally so I wouldnt know the difference) but I would powder coat that cap white, black or polish it. That would compliment your look without looking like red painted calipers on an otherwise stock car.
Tastes/judges/opinion are like...welll you know. But my .02, I would spent the extra effort to complete the look. The cap currently looks like an after thought.
