The car was declared a total loss but I couldnt give her up..I wanted to clean it up a bit and get rid of the blacked out theme. So heres how it looks today.

I love the way it looks now.Ill be installing some 15mm spacers in the rear tomorrow.Only other plans are cefiro mirrors, possibly some eyelids,350z annv wheels or track v2 wheels and maybe some all red tails.and a GLE trunk.i know theres more but i cant think of anything else right now.Let me know what u guys think.

Keep the spoiler trunk and do SE tails instead. Also the 350z anniversary wheels are right on and I agree with that.

Eyelids are a hit and miss sometimes. But nice job putting it back together!

Personally not a fan of the lip kit or window spoiler, but I must admit it's a big improvement from before!

Liking the new look better, except I do miss the Axis Hiros a lot. +1 on leaving the SE trunk. The 15mm spacers should help fill out the rear.

Looks great. I'm glad you painted that front lip.

I agree with others keep the trunk as is.

I'd say no to the eyelids and yes to the 350z Track V2's.

what do you mean by se trunk? just the spolier right?

I like how you finally painted the front lip, SE tails for sure and you'll be good.

ya just the spoiler, ehh i dont know about the black se tails, id only go with those if i had a carbon fiber trunk, then id need a black roof and a cf hood lol, i love the way the clear se tails look on my car tho ,the black ones look alot better on dark maximas.

I have a 5.5 gen now. I wanted a 6 speed so I pulled everything off the 5th gen and sold it and turboed the 5.5 gen.

Also, I like the new pics! I normally don't like stock rims with body kits/lowered but yours looks nice!

Thanks

Thats the same thing I said. They estimated the repair to be $5500 and they just wanted to come get the car but after some arguing with the insurance company they let me keep the car and gave me a check to fix it.But I had to do the salvage inspection done by state police to obtain a reconstructed title and that was the worse experience ever. They sent me home the first two attempts. And I had to pay for towing there and back and the place wasnt even in the same city as me.They wont let u jus get dropped off. There was about 20 cars ahead of me and I had to pay the tow driver for 3 hour of waitin in line just so the state trooper can see it bein unloaded and loaded back on.But ya thats a different story I could write a book on.The car was repaired in a week but it took 4 months till I could drive it again

^^^^ Seriously. That must have been hell. I couldnt imagine not driving mine for 4 months. Luis what else have you done so far as in engine mods. Love the car and love the look only thing is im not a fan of the tail lights. i think the gle tails would look much nicer or if you tinted them. Also did you black out the grill or does the pic just make it look that way?

It was.I just have MR catback, testpipe, got rid of my injen for a short ram with apexi filter,NWP bop, timing advance.I was gonna do the ssim but have decided against it for now.I'm gonna be buyin the NWP spacers thru the group buy.Hopefully will have headers and a tune by the spring.Everyone has the black tails so I just wanted suttin different.I plan on tinting the turn signals red .and yes the grille is blacked out. Hows your maxima?

its getting there. Im in the same boat. Hopefully will have headers and a SAFC to tune with sometime next year. That and some rims and i will have the look i want and more POWER.
Not hatin on the tails just my preference. Whatever you do though you have a good eye on making it look good. Whether you had the HIros or the look now, it always looks clean and ready to turn heads.
