I do love a maxima, and no one could accuse me of not, but I'm almost more upset about the loss of a nice E30 BMW. But definitely sorry for YOUR loss. I hope the drunk ****er goes to jail.

Sorry to hear man, it should be a rule when dealing with a DUI accident that you get a free kick to the skull of said perpetrator.

he's cuffed, the cops put him on his knees and you can just deliver one swift kick to the jaw..

now thats what i call policing

He may have been hauling at some point, but it looks like he slowed down a little, that hid doesn't look like it's more then 35mph, I'd even guess a little lower. It doesn't take much to do that kind of damage, especially since you were sitting still. I got hid the exact same way once, was driving a Mark VIII. Best guess was about 35-40mph, he was locked up for over 100 ft in the rain from about 45-50 so he says...I had a lot more damage then you do in the pictures you provided.

All I'm saying is be glad it wasn't a hit over 50, , he would have put you in the hospital, and probably killed himself. Start looking for a new car!!!

No Worries, I actually came up pretty good because of this ****. Insurance gave me way more then what I paid for the car and I stripped the car before they took it headers, Cattman 2.5, Rims, ECU TS L-spec Reflash, Amps, all speakers, sold the 06 G35 front seats I had in there, PR Cold air, SSIM, Maf, Clutch and Light weight Fly wheel, short shift kit, an a few other little goodies. I am looking to maybe pick up the Max Sterling is selling or there is two more for sale in my area that I have been looking at. The Best Part is I am going to have enough money left over for the CoilOvers and paying someone to install all the shiiii I Have plus a fresh dyno tune! So there is always Good in the Bad

I want your wheels but I'm broke.

Glad you're OK and sad your car isn't.

Seems weird your insurance would drop you for an accident that wasn't your fault. Sounds like it should be illegal, in fact, but who could complain since you found a better deal anyway?

So what's the plan now? You looking for another 5.5?
