Just curious to see everyones creative and differential decals whether it be on the hood,front windshield,rear windshield or even side windows! im looking to get some of my own so this will help for my thoughts!

 

I have a Vivid Racing decal on the front windshield and on the back left window.

 

Just recently taken and posted up in another thread in the members rides section. Majestic_Ken's car. Front windshield, upper passenger side.

 

None. I'm thinking about getting some maxima.org stickers though.

 

Only a NWPengineering sticker on my windshield

 

I'm not a little child who must adorn every item they own with stickers/patches etc.

both of my a-pillars are few of stickers. my rear window has stickers on each side, which i'm considering taking my LeagueLTD, illgarage.com, and supergood sickers due to the sun beating on them and being "baked"...

Me too got mine on the backseat windows passenger and driver wish i had some Cattman stickers like the NWP ones!!

i'm thinking about taking all of the stickers off and replacing it with a "my car is not "worth talking about"" sticker going diagonally on the driver side (like a 6x18in lol)

who said that the decals/stickers had to be a list of performance products you have in your car, or even sponsors?

otherwise you are a poser, ricer, free advertising giving, a kid, or a combination of those in my opinion. If you want to put stickers on your car like highschool girls put patches and stickers on their schools supplies etc. so be it.

but hey that is just how I roll.

 

yeah but that happens with alot of stuff, i bet you have a few T-shirts with logo's like Nike/Adidas/whatever, thats free advertising as well

i don't start adding stickers or drawings on my school books.

and i sure as hell don't cover my car with vinyls or stickers.

 

i swear i love that band-aid, as much as i love a clean car everytime i think about getting it repaired, i'm like man i'll lose the character of the car

Chill out man. Stickers are fine if they're done right. It's one thing to haphazardly throw dozens of performance stickers from random brands on a stock Civic. That's stupid and ricey. But a few decals in the right places can really be a nice subtle visual enhancement to a car.

I have a grand total of four stickers on my car. A set of 4DSC stickers and a set of Shift_VQ35DE stickers on the bottom corners of the rear windows. I took close to 2 hours putting them on to make sure they were straight and spaced evenly. They look nice and don't command attention. 99% of people don't understand what they mean which I think is great.

 

the worst is NOS stickers on Civics when 95% of them dont have NOS, 3% actually do have NOS and 2% dont even know what the hell NOS is

 

maybe you misunderstood this thread this is for people with decals on their maximas so we can all see each others, please keep your negative comments to yourself and if you dont have any decals nddor do you like them then keep that opinion on your side of the fence, thank you.

 

wouldn't putting stickers from other cars be known as rice? Just saying in no way, shape, or form do you drive a 4DSC. But hey if it gets your jollies off go for it. I was simply reply to why I felt that way, which I was asked. Directly.

What are you talking about? The 4DSC thing is a NISSAN created concept that is exclusive to the MAXIMA. Hell, the stickers came with the older gens from the factory up until 3rd or 4th and they brought it back for the 7th gen. I have no idea what you're saying with it being from other cars. A Maxima is the ONLY car you will find a 4DSC sticker on. Saying that a 4DSC sticker is ricey is like saying the Nissan badge or the Maxima lettering on the trunk is ricey, particularly on the models that it comes with. Makes no sense.

I can understand if you have something against stickers because they can easily be way overdone and take away from the looks of the car. But to be calling all stickers rice is a little ridiculous. Believe me, I know and hate rice which is reflected by my subtle and selective modifications. A 4DSC sticker is not rice.

if someone took badges from an older camero and put it on a newer camero you would be like wtf mate. an older bmw to a newer bmw. etc.

nope, they brought it back for some (or all) 7th gens, but 3rd gens were the first/only besides that.
