k well i had numerous problems, couldnt keep it modified without going thru axles every couple of months, 5spd auto was a pain was on my 3rd one... so i sold every mod and i now drive it daily stock.

in the mean time i picked up a 96 gxe from brooklyn, new york. far drive from RI but its whatever. has 94k origional miles. car is mint. not a dime of rust. absolutely flawless... interior is legit like new. guy had auto seats installed ttoo.

so here starts a new project and i was blessed of the condition of the car which saves more work.

MAN that 4th is nothing but win!!! i loved your 6th...but i feel why you went back to stock with it. always in love w/ your stock wheels on it too. cant wait to see what happens with this

 

man i loved your 6th gen, but the 4th is nice too, that thing is mint. thats a ton of mods for in only three months. i wish i had the money for that shiz. waiting to see the finished product.

thanks dude... yeah those g35s are for sale theyre on my 6th gen for now. these track editions are goin on the 4th gen. debating on going all blac or keeping the pin stripe.

you got the track wheels from vicheat? wish i had the money or wheels you were interested for the oem 6th gen wheels im fallin in love with those wheels the more i see it.

 

yeah u from pawtucket right? yeah it had the "rays engineering" stickers on em but took em off looks a lot better.

 

naw i'm in south carolina lol, i remember when he had those, i figured since yall were in the same vicinity and i saw the black with pinstripe, you were the one who got the wheels....im glad you took off those stickers

 

lol yeah first think to come off... so what u think, keep the red or all black?

 

whats your plans with the tails? leave them as is or smoke em?

Car looks great man! Pics do not show how clean that car really is. Absolutely MINT! Looks like theres gonna be some nice black 4th gens rolling around this summer.

picking up the fadanza tomorrow, vq35 weds, and pf throttle body adapter ordering today.

 

Keep that stripe, nice subtle contrast with the all black theme. I think with your soon to be drop its going to look killer.

Honestly, paint the wheels gunmetal, its going to be too black of a theme. The wheels wont contrast and show as much if you leave it black, on a black car with black tint.

 

very nice 4th gen! . it would be sweet if you won MOTM again with this car once you install all that stuff.

 

hows shes been sittin this winter... had a cover but really not worth it.

the 4th gen looks nice as hell too...I understand having a mostly stock ride as a dd though...seems way better to have a toy and a practical ride

I liked that 6th gen, but I understand you about the axles thing....I just had to change my drivers side, it sucks going through them every few months and hearing that grinding sound. The 4th gen looks as nice as well though, it'll be nice when you're done with it by judging from the 6th gen you have good taste in modding. I would however take the red pinstripe off.

 

i loved your 6th gen and already liking this 4th gen! you're making some quick progress! supercharged vq35 should be fun

 

I agree with getting rid of the red pinstripe. I was thinking about doing that with my 300zx wheels so i did a test wheel and didnt like it. I think all black would look nice or possibly even gunmetal.
