Wheels do look better if they have just the right amount of lug holes, but I just got a SET of wheels for 580 shipped, not the best wheels ever but you can't argue with 580 bucks I'm sorry.

when i had my 10's I ran spacers with them so a 10.5 would look clean as fukt. plus i had the rear coilovers maxed out with only a fender roll. been there done that so no argues. Do it, it will look nice, just slam it

What's the point of getting an economy car and supping it up to be like a race car when you can just go get a real race car like a ferrari enzo? It's 600k? Who cares **** knockoffs and get a real sports car right? Exactly, that's where your logic is flawed.

1) when buying an economy car you are still purchasing a car from a reputable company that has done their own R&D and did their own work, produced a product, and are staking their business on it.

2) That economy car doesn't look exactly like a Ferrari Enzo

3) I think people who buy economy cars and make them race cars are dumb.

4) the money spent on the mods and the car combined could have bought you a better product to start with and with "PATIENCE" you will have more in time.

This is a timeless arguement where people always justify spending less money to get something when that exact arguement would then say if money is the concern you shouldn't have spent it at ALL. If the look is the reason, then the look is that you have a knock off, if the performance is the reason then you have an inferior product. No matter how you look at it....knocks offs are knock offs and the original product is always superior. I have NO ISSUE with cheap wheels either, just not knock offs.

OT---I am not argueing with putting 10.5+ wide wheels on etc etc. The wife runs 10 wide with stretched tires, staggered , and fender work etc etc etc so we are already doing the things that people complain about. All I am saying is that if you are trying to stuff 10.5 wide for the look, you can get a better look from a negative offset 9.5 or 10" wheel than you would from a high offset 11 wide wheel. If you are going for the slammed and dished look, a 9.5 with a +10ish or more aggressive offset would be all you would need. Plus rubber is cheaper. If it is just about the actual number then yes you can fit the 10.5 but you will either need to do more fender work or have less lip.

im more interested in what can be fit upfront then in the rear, you can probably run a x12 in the rear.

I'd prefer doing a 18x8.5 with maybe a 20-22mm offset

Grand, i was looking at those wheels too but think im going to go in another direction. While on this topic...

Im looking at another setup as well, and from what im taking in from these posts, a 9.5 with a lower offset may be better off.

So if what im reading is correct, how is the fitment for anyone running , 18x9.5 +0, or +12 in the rear?

I would go lower on the offset if you really tryin to go extra hard in the paint. +10 if you can. You have more options for sizes than I do with my 19s. If they made a 205/35/19, I would have thrown a 5mm spacer on them a long time ago.

I don't care to be too aggressiv in the front as the turning on the car sucks as it is... I just care more 4 the rear... its cool I'm just gonna swagg krzy's setup lol

You said you wanted to put 10.5 on a max to be different, I don't see how that makes u different. Maybe in the maxima community but not in this stupid trend that gets worse and worse each day and that will never fade because its too hyped up.

I also laugh when people say it'll mess with the cars handling like if the car doesn't handle like a boat already.

Getting back to the op, if u want to be different squeeze 10.5 all around and not just in the rear. Also, stay away from those cheap trendy wheels and get actual nice wheels. I find it stupid and funny when people actually have nice after market wheels and the sell them to get cheap trendy wheels just to jump on the bandwagon.

To end my rant, in the end its your car and trends come and go so have fun...

Lol your funny, I'm not buying a wheel to jump on any agon nor am I doing 10.5 up front as the car will probebly only go straight after that lol... just because you don't have a big name brand expensive or 3pc wheels doesn't degrade your car, I will go trendy as I personlly don't think I wanna spend that kind of cash on my 5.5 to be taking them off damn near every wee to race..... if I was trying to make a show car then yes I get your rant..... I am about to be in the market for anew car insome months in which it will be more for show and the wheels I want is $4000+ so I get the whole "buy the bragging right thing" however MY 5.5 I would sacrifise even buying wheels and ride around on 16's if those brandy wheels were my only choice... ill stay in the "trend" I guess and when it changes then ill change, I like the "trend"... thx 4 ur input however

those are people who are least acceptable to changes, as if what they like isnt or wasnt a trend... i like a rim because of the way it looks, not because of the name its have... so what if i choose not to buy te37's and bought varrstoen???
