Post your stanced, hellaflush, slammed maxima here!!!!!
thanks wireless for answering all my Q's, your car looks great. I maaaaaaaaay be getting tires Thursday if everything goes well with my flywheel/clutch and can actually contribute to this thread.
No problem man. What did you go with? im on my second set of tires in the last two months. Went for smaller tires in the rear smh now my coils are maxed out
What is ur tire size up front? It's hard to go off random pics on the web because xxx tire brand's 215/40 can be bigger than xxx tire brand's 215/40
Federal, nitto, Dunlop, general, nankang all stretch easy
Bridgestone, michellein don't stretch as easy
your doing +20 all around are you on coils? Wheel might not clear the front strut without spacers
Running 18x9.5 et30 front and rear (with 5mm spacers in the rear) on over-sized 245/45-18 BFG KDW2's. I can go a lot lower, but not until I roll the fenders more because of the new tires. Was pretty angry discount tire ordered the wrong size, and it was too late to tell them to stop, but the beefier look has kind of grown on me (minus the torque loss in 5th and 6th gear cruising on the highway). Likely going to keep the same overall size tire when I go back to 19's (just like the look of 19's better than 18's). Been eyeballing either 19x9.5 SSR Professor SP1's in matte gunmetal or the new spectrum silver. Forgive the crappy quality, camera wouldn't focus worth a damn and got grainy because of the low and splotchy ambient light:

Well, I finally did enough to feel worthy of posting here:

It's a little mellow, but I need to keep it a DD. However, I have BCR coilovers on the way.
The current setup is MRR GT7's 18X8.5, 35 offset on Tein springs, 8mm spacers in the back. Tires are Hankook Ventus V4ES 245/45/18. I'm thinking really hard about getting the 9.5's for the rear. I'm hesitating though because as it is, something is rubbing in the rear on hard dips. I can't figure out what it is - fenders are rolled and I shaved the tabs. NO damage or even rub marks on the tires...

Yeah, I was so stubborn about getting this size, now I'm paying the price, lol! I love the way they look though, and now I'm stuck until I use them up.
Today I took out the 8mm spacers and went down to 5mm and it helped out tremendously. Only rubbed once on a particularly tall speed bump on my way home and I took it on quite strong at that, just to test it out.
I suspect once I go to coilovers it will improve even more. I'm running the teins on oem shocks and I can barely stand them.

That's just insane - awesome!
Nevermind, I'm still rubbing. Looking for advice/suggestions here: http://forums.maxima.org/tires-wheel...ml#post8442874

U straight piped or what?
It's loud but only when I get on it. Daily driving alot of popping noises going on lol
I hope to be lowering the car a bit more this weekend. Finally got around to getting a heat gun to help flatten/pull the fenders, so the rear is getting lowered more. I'm going to shorten the bump stops sometoo, because right now the car basically rests ~.75" higher than it would without the bump stops. I haven't hit them at all yet while driving, so hopefully laid out it will be going down about another .5" more in the front, and about 1"-1.5" in the back. The beefier tires (245/45-18) keep the car about .5-.75" higher than it would be on the more traditional sized 245/40-18, but I hope to be able to just crown the lips of the wheels when it's laid out.
