The new whip on Vossen CV3

Ya'll its been a while since I've posted anything. This is what I've been busy working on. This is not the end, I will have more things in the future. Performance stuff will be next.

I want to thank Jav@Vossen for putting up with me changing my mind consistantly for like a week on deciding on which wheels I wanted to purchase. And setting up a great photoshoot with Tek. And Rayne@Vredestein tires

Current Mods:
Exterior:
OEM Aero Lip
CUSTOM ONE OFF M3 rear bumper (you can not purchase an M3 bumper for the regular 335i this bumper is the first NON WIDE BODY rear bumper)
ModBargains CSL Trunk
ACS Style roof spoiler

Performance:
MagnaFlow mufflers w/quad exhaust

Wheels/Suspension:
Vossen CV3 (matte silver) 20x9(+35 w/+5mm spacers) / 20x10.5 (+42 w/+12mm spacers)
225/30/20 and 255/30/20 Vredestein Tires
H&R Race springs

ENJOY!!!!

Damn your ride is nice man. The CV3's are something else. Always liked the look of concave wheels.

Niiiiice! I don't understand the rear bumper swap---do you mean that oem
m3 bumpers are wider than normal oem 3 series bumpers?

Is your m3 bumper oem or Aftermarket?

Looks perfect. Hoping to get a 335 coupe soon. Very tasteful mods you've done so far. What's in line for performance?

thanks for all the comments, I've been looking into getting another maxima as a DD. I can't say for gas purposes b/c I think this car and the max would get about the same mileage.

Yes that is correct the M3 is basically a wide body 335 with a V8. So I took a OEM M3 rear bumper and an OEM 335 bumper and fused them together. A lot of people might think, why go from one OEM bumper to another, well all the aftermarket bumpers look to ricey. And this is something that, at least on the bimmer forums, no one has done. Most people spend close to 10k and convert the whole car to an M3 by gettting a wide body 335.

this the only one I have on my work computer.

As for mods, I'm going to do the Cobb AP, Helix FMIC, 4" downpipes (not sure which brand yet), AFE Stage 2 intake, and probably charge pipe w/forged diverter valves that is about it. With all those mods I should be at 400 whp if not really close.

I actually like how the 20s fit on this car. It makes it look like a toy. Props on doing something different. Body work looks awesome.

Love the color, the bumpers, the wheels, everything is perfect...its not too overdone and looks really aggressive.

I'm hoping to put myself in an E92 or B7 S4 within the next year as it seems a lot of others also seem to have similar interests

The rear of an M3 is basically a wide body version of a 335i.

This is a stock M3, look at the rear quarters (they are wider)

This is a stock 335i rear bumper

this is some of the fender work that is required in order to actually fit a STOCK M3 bumper on a stock 335i
