Bye bye 4th gen....

It was time for something different. In her prime:

So then I got this:

2008 MKV R32 with 25K. One year left on the manufacture warranty and two years CPO after that. I immediately got rid of the boat anchors and shed 10 pounds per corner:

Going to keep it simple. Planed mods are probably:

-Haldex 2 with Controller
-Coilovers
-I/E and tune
-DSG reflash
-Pads + SS lines + Motul 600
-Track 17s and tires

I miss your Max but I'm just glad you didn't get BBS' like everyone else. Go low already!

congrats! The R32 is wayy better than the max. Those things sound so mean with an exhaust and the interior is really nice.

I love R32's

The exhaust note they have is pure :sex:

Good pick up, the color is so awesome. Despite the nay sayers on here, R32 > A32

Working on it, I gots bills to pay. No way I was going BBS or VMR wheels, WAY to overdone.

This golf is WAAAAY more useful. Almost no sacrifice in interior legroom/headroom and the seats fold.

Love the interior. Plush yet sporty. The stock exhaust already sounds pretty good. Probably won't change it.

Thanks! Got a good deal on them

Yup it does! The weight definitely shows but at the end of the day its a good balance between a fast hatch and a comfortable GT car.

Seriously, I don't think there is one thing that the max can do better except for fuel economy. At least from my perspective. The steering alone is night and day. 4th gen steering is SOOO sloppy

Thanks! I wanted white but once I saw the blue in person I fell in love.

Those R32s are cool as hell. Gratz on the pickup.

I think those who think the A32 is superior to the R32 are looking at things through rose colored glasses IMO and maybe drinking too much of the kool-aid. But to each their own.

Although I prefer the 04 body, Nice Pickup overall. These things are fun as hell to drive and like Drunkie said, the exhaust note is pure skeet skeet !

Nice car. After the max I'd like to move on to a '04 R32 or E39 M5.

Yes, needs more low. I am definitely still learning so please give any constructive criticism! Thanks!
