Vanity plate ruled inappriopriate

Okay so I ordered my breast cancer vanity plates I'll go ahead an say what they are since they got denied anyway "MAX-FTW" and they got accepted at the DMV..5 weeks later I called and they said they were sent they should be there soon...6 weeks laters "Tuesday" I call they say "well resend it but they were sent there out there somewhere". Today "your plate was ruled inappriopriate and was not sent" in the mail by DMV..yet my friend has "STI-FTW" any ideas on how that can be interpreted inappriopriate? Eff that which? Lolol.

Maybe they thought "ftw" meant "fck the world". I'd call and ask why they denied it, but that's my best guess on why.

Wierd, I am not sure why they would say that is inappropriate. I have seen things that were actually vulger make it on a vanity plate but I am sure it varies from state to state.
