great car! Long as you keep up with maintenance it will last a long time, mine is since 1998 at moon nissan (now Cerritos nissan). I change my oil every 4k miles and the car never has a problem. Me personally i say all you have to do is check for any parts that need replacing and cange all fluids. I recommend oil changes every 3-4k miles and it goes forever.
