catz has a headlight bulb line called 'galaxy white' that a local speed shop started carrying. the lights are listed at 65/45, the same wattage as stock lights, but are rated as having a light output equivalent to 130 watts. the guy at the store has them in his car, and he showed them to me and they look by far the closest to HID w/out getting an actual HID kit--all at stock wattage. the problem is, they don't make them in 9004, which i found pretty surprising since 9004 is a fairly common bulb size. my question is...does anyone know of any other comparably bright lights that are still at a stock wattage? the guy at the store called catz and they told him that, since the company is based out of japan, these catz bulbs won't be available in the US in 9004 for approx. 6-8 wks, and i would rather not wait if anyone else knows another good hid-look-alike w/ stock wattage. i understand that no regular bulb will truly give HID-like output, but you know what i mean; whats the bluest/whitest/brightest stock bulb around? thanks

 

I hope they're better looking than Nokya, Sylvania, or Cuzo!

 

trust me man, they're better than all those, and any 100/80 bulb i've seen; they really do look like HID, and they're only 65/55...sucks they don't come in maxima sizes yet
