My New Exhaust Tip!

I used to have a 4" rolled straight cut tip on my OEM muffler but it fell off at the drag strip (damm JB Weld). I got a new one yesterday and this time had it Mig Welded on so it wont come off this time. This one is a slant cut and I like it much better. Goes with the flows of the car alot better.

I got it from a local Auto Parts chain called Salvo Auto parts. Its nothing more then a Monza (PaceSetter) 95-9747. Its a "open back exhaust tip" 2" inlet angle cut. Yup its chromed too. The 2" inlet is perfect to fit over the OEM muffler. And as you can see, it fits almost perfectly (length, width, depth, height) in the maxima's opening.

I got it for $43.99. I believe Pep Boys has them, but under a different brand. They wanted $59.99 for theirs.

May I ask how long it is? My tips are only like 4 inches long...I wanted a longer tip with a flared lip and yours is almost perfect.

Look at your picture man! That is SO mean! How could you do that?
I can't believe you could do that... I think I should report you to the Maxima.org moderators.

I think they will agree with me in saying "How could you hit your Maxima with a bird? Don't you care about you Maxima?"

Maxima neglector!

The chrome part is 6" at the longest part, and the entire tip is about 7" long.

I got a 3in exhaust tip about a month ago, I have been meaning to get it installed. Do you all think 3in chrome tip will look ok? It wont be to small will it?
