5.5 generation mods

So I just installed a K & N air filter and put on a 3" magnaflow catback exhaust, anybody have any ideas of some simpler modifications that I could do to make my car faster? Not sure what exactly would work best on a Maxima

Something simpler than a K&N air filter you ask?

A GTR badge and a few choice stickers should add 5hp...
