new outlook on my maxima

if u havent been on the board for a while than this post wont really mean anything to you. everyone that has been on as u know i have had lots of problems with my car. the major problem has been the transmission. i have almost 16k miles on my car and just had my car in the shop for the transmission. the clutch on my car was slipping so bad i couldnt drive it. i had to have it towed. nissan got it in the shop and said that it was drivers abuse. this is my 2nd clutch on the car. nissan said that they were going to fix it one last time. so i sent them a list of everything that has gone wrong with my car. 2 weeks later they call me and tell me that my car is ready. they did major work on it. reaplaced they clutch, flywheel, wiring harness, sunroof control, brakes, hood vibration, mirrors etc... well i have noticed after drivig my car since i got it back on fri the 19th that my car when i got it in jan was not running right since i have had it. the clutch is so easy to push down now unlike it was with the other clutch. brakes accually stop me and the car just feels so much better. i have fallen in love with my car again. i was accually gonna sell it after they fixed it. i just wanted to let u guys know that the max is a great car. i have always thought that but with all the problems that i have had with it i wasnt very pleased with my car at all. the final shop bill for the replacement of everything was just under $5,000 all under warrenty. glad i didnt have to pay for it! im am now a proud maxima driver once again!

will

I had many problems with my old car that i know how it feels to love the car but realize it's just not worth it. I am happy that things worked out. Have fun with the car again.

Awesome to hear that you're happy again! My life pretty much revolves around my car, and I know I would be pretty much miserable if everything that happened to you happened to me!

Glad things are going better!
