I saw on ebay a wanna be super charger for $75. Any thoughts? Just another scame?

tornado airs and electric superchargers... feelfree to waste your money... with and intake and exhaust y pipe and cat you will notice up to 3 gazillion hp gains!!! or MOST users will... everyone except you or anyone you ever talk to

looks like one of those sink thingys that chop the food up I forgot the name for it but thats what it looks like to me.
