Spw Industries Xenon Kit. All Types Of Bulbs.

Sup Everyone,

Just wanted to inform everyone that I've been talking to a retailer of SPW Industries HID KITS. I've ordered 3 kits so far and been very happy. His prices are fair but the kit consist of great quality products. The ballast used on these kits are the Hella ballast which are the OEM ballast for cars such as BMW, Mercedes, etc. Installation is very simple all the wires are color coded and it's plug and play really. The first kit has been on my friends car for a year now and no problems. The prices are as follows and include shipping already.

4800k- SUPER WHITE ($370.00 for H1, H3, H4 ,9004, 9006 and 9007) ($380.00 for H4 Dual Beam)

7500k- CRYSTAL BLUE ($380.00 for H1, H3, H4 ,9004, 9006 and 9007) ($390.00 for H4 Dual Beam)

9000k- VIOLET HUE ($400.00 for H1, H3, H4 ,9004, 9006 and 9007) ($420.00 for H4 Dual Beam)

If you guys are interested please contact Oi Ling Lee at optionmotor@yahoo.com He also sells these kits on ebay as optionmotor. My personal opinion compared to all the kits I've seen this is the best one by far and I've seen many and done many installations.

Peace,
D-sta

How do you install those on a 2K1 max, is this a direct replacement or there is custom fit to do ?

Cheers

Well a 2k1 maxima has an H4 bulb stock. If you would buy this kit you would buy the H4 kit in whatever color you choose and just plug and play. It fits into the socket without a problem but I think H4 bulbs use a type of "clamping down" the bulb system. The cool thing about H4 also is that you get to keep your high beam feature. The kit will fit I just installed an H4 kit on my friends 1990 Eclipse and he did a H4 conversion before buying the HID KIT since his car comes with a sealed beam system. It fits in perfectly and you shouldn't have any problems.

I real don't have an idea of how illegal these things are if they are illegal. I mean the reason I believe that these kits are legal is because they resemble the brightness of stock Xenon bulbs equipped on BMW, Mercedes, etc. from factory.

I don't sell these kits. Optionmotor@yahoo.com does sell them and he's located in California, he's the retailer. I just got in contact with him since I buy HID KITS from him and he asked me if I could post this for him on the org. Read the beginning of this thread and many of your questions will be answered.

I emailed optionmotors but havent got a response. Basically my concern is that i want to keep my high beam feature on my 2k1 max so i would need to get the dual beam. I heard that how it works is that it mechanically moves the light up for the high beam. People have been telling me to watch out for these kits because the meachanical part breaks after awhile and so youre kinda just stuck at the low beam.

Have you installed any of these dual beams and do you know of any1 that has had any problems with it after having it for a while?

Thanks

Why are you using your highbeams so much anyway? With hids you should barely ever have to use your highbeams if at all.

I drive through alot of roads that are out in the middle of the woods so its nice to have high beams so i can spot deers and other animals from a distance so i wont hit them.

D-sta ...have you heard anything about the dual beam's breaking?

Thanks

Yes the lumen ratings are very very important here. I dont want to go to the 7200k or anything else if my light output got cut in half compared to my 2k2 oem hids.

I received an e-mail from optionmotor and this was his response to the shipping:

"Hi D-Sta,
Sorry man, if shipping is not included, I can't really make the profit. Also the price are only for your club members. Check out my auction, I have already rised up the price on ebay, so they are getting a really good deal and sorry that I didn't make it clear.

thank you,
Optionmotor

There you go fellas shipping is an additional $20.00 but it's not bad since he sends it two day express. Sorry about this mix up but now it's cleared up. If you guys order make sure you tell him D-sta threads or maxima.org member.

Peace,
D-sta

Hey, If I want HIDS for the fog lights as well, do I have to buy another kit or is there another alternative? Thanks.

Yes, you would need to buy an additional kit. You can't share a ballast each bulb needs it's own ballast.

So if I am planning on doing the BMW 3 series headlight conversion, what bulbs would I need? And it would look exactly like the BMW from DTMpower.net right? Thats pretty bad a$$...

If you do the BMW conversion you would need to buy the H1 kit since that's what the 3-series BMW uses. Also if you want it to look like the BMW on DTMpower you need to make sure you get the European Ellipsoids when doing the conversion. You need the Euro ellipsoid because it's an upgrades to regular 3-series lights which adds a projector beam or magnifying glass in the driving light so the beam is more concentrated than all over the place. If you use regular 3-series lights it will look different.

Correction the regular 3-series BMW lights come with a 9006 Bulb and the ellipsoid light comes with a conversion to H1. Hope this clears up for you but make sure what bulb you need before you order.

yeah I was actually planning on getting the European spec 3 series lights and upgrading to the HID kit, so I would need the H1 kit? How much longer is this deal going on? Thanks for your help!

The Euro ellipsoids use H1. How long this deal lasts I dunno, he never specified. Just e-mail him, he's a very cool guy. Just tell him that you're from maxima.org.

I sent him the money for the 7500k dual beam kit via snail mail so I should get the kit in about 1.5-2 weeks. I can't wait to put them in my vehicle. I'll keep you guys updated once I get the kit. Should be really cool.

Once he receives the money order he sends it out 2 day via post office. It's pretty fast. I hope you enjoy the kit.
