LCD TV screens in 97 maxima

Hey guys! just wondering if its possible to install the cool LCD TV either in the head rest or osme where else in a 97 maxima...wondering if anyone has every done this or looked into it. Is it do able and if yes what brand/model screen and equipment is needed?

do a search. some people have installed them in the double din section. Or get the single DIN that flips out.

Is that an LCD screen?? I am REALLY interested in gettin one. Actually i wanted to put a computer in there... lol. There are issues to that but i see it as a good MP3 player w/ visual effects.... dvd player... all in one. And it'd only cost me the LCD screen and a bit of time to set it up because i've got everything else. How much do u think LCD screens run around. thanks

seems like a lot of work...someone is selling me a head unit with a screen and 2 seprate LCD screens for 200 bucks...havent seen it yet nor do i know the brand or model so i was just trying to see if its worth looking into cause i am not even sure if it will install. I was thinking about installing in the headrest...but the max headrests are kinda small not sure if its possible.

well i was told the LCD has a scrach on it but its not visible when its on...but still wondering if its instable without reconfiguring my entire car...i got wood on everything in my dash and i dont wanna start ripping $500 wood to get the panel's out.

I have a 6.5 JVC KV-M65 in the spot where the double din Bose headunit was originally located. Dropped my reciever to the cubby hole below that, perfect fit.

ok well i still dont know if a Headrest mount monitor can be installed in a 1997 because the headrest is a lot smaller then the 5th gen max. Anyone every seen one or have headrest unit in the 4th gen? If yes what brand and where can i get one?

thats in my 4rth gen maxima and i did the install myself.......as for the tv's i got them from my uncle......its an off brand thats all i know.......the monitor was around 150 after shipping......

You have problems seeing everything while its bright out, so yeah it can be difficult, I have that same kind of monitor in the pics I showed before.. im sure a little tint would help..

yeah, but i like using the screens at ngiht time n e way.....show them off better at ngiht cuz the LCD screen is a lot more noticable.
