My brother-in-laws 98 SE had a blown fog light. So he decided to replace it. So he turns them on after he replaced the blown bulb and everything was fine and dandy. So then he decided to replace the other bulb (even though it was good) to match the intensity of the other new one. So he tried to turn on the fogs after both were replaced and now none of them work. Any ideas as to what could have happened? I have a GXE so Ive never dealt with fogs so any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

check your fuses - also put the stock bulb back in and see if it works

 

That is a good idea about the fuses...and bulb as a matter of fact. I was going to try and put the old bulb on but I was curious to see what you guys recommended first. He doesnt live nearby so I havent had a chance to meddle with it yet. Thanks.

 

do yall think it couls be from him actually touching the bulb itself??? i heard that can happen if u touch them.....
