AC blower making noise - advice needed

Today I sprayed some Lysol down the air vent intake near my windshield wipers (driver's side), as many have advised on this forum to get rid of the moldy smell the AC can produce.

I sprayed it well, turned on the AC, and it smelled NICE!

I happily headed home knowing I wouldn't have to deal with it again for awhile.

About 10 miles later, the blower motor (I'm assuming that's what it is) starts making a noise that sounds exactly like a baseball card in a bicycle spoke.

The sound is coming from just behind the Passenger Airbag.

I did some searching, and didn't find any posts of substance.

Anyway, what exactly is that noise, and how do I fix it?

I have an extended warranty, but after installing my SC, I'm worried the Dealership will blame me for anything wrong with the car, as I'm modded.

How do I prove to them otherwise, and make them fix it?
Did spraying the Lysol down the vent cause it?

Thanks!

Behind the passenger side airbag, there is a vent where the AC sucks in air from the interior. It opens whenever the air is running, even if recirculate isn't activated. There is a fan right behind the vent opening. Sounds like maybe you got something stuck in there. You might be able to kinda get to it by taking out the glove box, but I'm not sure on that, as my airbag has been out for a long time and I dont rmember how much space it takes up in there.

It's a very common problem to 4th gens. The only way to fix it would be to replace the blower. There is a TSB on it but it doesn't help much.

My car started doing that same thing about a week ago.

This morning I turned t on again trying to troubleshoot it, and after a "whosh" sound, it fixed itself!!

AC and heat work perfectly, and it sounds fine. I think I may have had a piece of paper or something get stuck up in there.

Thank God, I was freaked about having to take my car in to the dealership with this SC.
