I'm considering getting a cheap OBD II tester. Can anyone suggest a company to buy it from? I saw one from Equus for $170. Is that about average or can I get it cheaper? Also, if I DO get it cheaper, is there a drop in quality or is one OBD tester just like another OBD tester?

The Equus and Kal look pretty nice but I have no personal experience. Here's a list of units from my own searches in the recent past: Many are >$200.
