Need help ASAP. Creaking noise from front. CV or bearing?

This is not my car , but on my dad's Quest. But we have 3 Maximas, so this is maxima related.

The right front CV boot was replaced couple weeks ago. But today the van started making this awful creaking noise from the front right. The noise gets "faster" as the car accelerates, so a spinning part is generating the noise. (Sorry for stating the obvious)

I want to suspect the CV joint and assume the shop didn't do their job correctly, but I always thought bad CV joints make a clicking sound, instead of a creaking sound.

Do you think the problem is a wheel bearing? Would a bad bearing make that kind of noise?

Need help ASAP.

muchas gracias.
