After cleaning pop charger...question.

hey guys,
cleaned my jwt pop charger yesterday. after re-installing the cone, i'm getting this weird noise coming from the throttle body (of somewhere around there)but only after i shut the engine off. sounds like it's sucking in air for about 1 second, then there are a couple of clicking sounds. any ideas? i'm pretty sure it's new, never heard it til yesterday. thanks for the help in advance...

Normal -

You turn off your engine but there is still a vacuume in the intake manifold. Takes about 1 second for that to equal out to atmospheric pressure and your TB stops sucking.
