3rd gen suspension/ 4th gen suspension
3rd gen suspension/ 4th gen suspension
from your guy's experience. what would you say handles better. the 4th generation (setup) beam axle. or the 3rd generation (setup) rear independent suspension. im wondering. it is for an important decision. thanks a lot
Food for thought
An independant suspension is better than a beam, any day. Having said that, the beam on the Maxima is very good, probably better than what most drivers could ever push their car to do.
Plus, on a more practical note, the beam suspension also contributes to why the 4th gen is quite a bit bigger on the inside than the 3rd gen, and the trunk is very generous, too I've got relatives from overseas who visit often and really make me appreciate that aspect at the airport
