What exactly is the PROGram. Where can I get it. How much is it. Is it worth it.

I saw a post of his recently that quoted around 16hp/trq for a SC'd Max, and the cost was around $800 plus dyno time. Go to http://www.racersgroup.com/program/theprogram.htm for more info.

 

If you go to the For Sale forum, you'll notice a JWT ECU for sale. The add says less than 10hp. On the other hand, SteveChicagoSC say you can get "near" 20hp on a NA engine and around 16hp on a SC'd using the Program.

 

Sounds like you have to put in alot of dyno time to get the Program dialed in. I wonder if the other guy just slapped it on?

 

 

The software also has some NOS capabilities.

MadMax got as much as 22 hp on his NA motor.

You can bump up the timing and lean out the fuel more on an NA motor.

 

Is it custom, or something you purchased? TIA.

 

It's one size smaller than the stock one. You can purchase it through vortech. I'm at about 7.5 to 8 lbs. of boost. I bought mine used from Loren. He's going with the 3.33 pulley which gives him about 9 lbs. I think.
