I switched to Sprints this weekend (Thanks Nick!) and I have a slight vibration. I think its comming from the rear. I think i overtourqued my lugs......gonna get tires rotated and see if that takes care of it. I did hit some hard bumps on the way up.....might need wheels rebalanced.

There are no noises from springs....or any probs at all. Looks and ride great!!
