Whats up fellas.

My left headlight doesn't work...BUT it works witht the brights on. I bought a new buld but it does the same thing. Checked fuses and fusible links and they are fine.

I installed high powered bulbs with an upgraded APC harness about a year and half ago. Harness look fine and I have never had a problem with headlights until now.

Anybody have a clue what the f$#& is the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the problem is with the harness. Check all the connections and at a worst case scenerio change the harness.

 

The relays (two of them) that come with the harness are total crap. Mine gave up after about 6 months. You cna replace them with 30amp Bosch relays.

 

Thanks for the responses. I definately think its the relay. Looks like I have to replace them and wire in a new socket as well. It seems the 804 series relay is impossible to buy. I found one place on the internet but they sell bulk.
