This may be a little pedantic but you may want to adjust your disclaimer to:

This mod is entirely up to you, do this at your own risk, neither Ben nor Myself will accept responsibilities with any problems that occur during this modification.

As it stands Ben is accepting responsibility while your status is a little more ambiguous.

Just trying to prevent one more lawsuit and to encourage people to publish more of this stuff.

And on that note, do you know what kind of signal is passed down the speed sensor wire? If it's just a voltage you might be able to just stick a resistor in there. This should trick the ECU into thinking you're going slower than you really are and avoid the CEL problem. Just a thought...

needless to say i cut the fuel temp wire initially. (without pics)
