Frankencar 4th Gen Intakes Still Backordered

Since no one else does or will, I'm just updating people on stock and availability. 4th gen Frankencar intakes are backordered again and whomever I spoke to at their offices said they would be in next week.

my sig has my sentiments if you'd care to know.

Check the GD forums. Steves getting his fabricator on it. I dont think he was expecting such a large demand for us 4th Gens.

Not that I'm defending him or anything..... Just pointing out that they are busy.

It happens. Lots of companies get backordered from time to time. It is tough to guess when or what will sell all at once sometimes.

Yeah, Steve's really busy so I figured that if I posted this instead of him it would free him up to make some intakes

i'm not knokcing him. i'm letting people know that they're backordered. i'm a bit disappointed that mine isn't here after a month, but I'm sure it's worth the wait. I thought that including that smilie in there would make it obvious that i'm being sarcastic. maybe I should just have a disclaimer or something.

I've also been waiting for my mid-pipe, but only since like the 18th of Aug or somehting.

Kool thing about it is that I already have a custom hybrid set-up, I just want a more reliable set-up, and also to be able to fit my stock airbox on there too, because right now my tube is too, long and doesnt provide adequate space for the stock airbox to reside. Also, my current set-up doesn't seem too reliable, because it has cheap **** plastic nipples that I used for the IAC hose etc.

I talked to steve last night and said he'd be shipping out shipments on friday and saturday. He's a really busy guy, last night his away message said he was making intakes for us 4th geners. Give him some time, he'll come through.

yeah, i heard that too. two weeks ago. then 1 week ago. and then a promise that i would have mine by the end of the month. i'm not disapointed about not receiving it, i'm disapointed about getting really excited and then finding out that it's not gonna come in for another week... twice. i'm gonna stop reading frankencar threads and just chill out and wait for mine.
