Engine paint

Were can I get engine paint like the integra has on its valve cover? It almost looks like that paint used on bed liners on trucks.

I'm not so sure, but I want to know as well.

But I've done search in the last couple of days, people paint their plastic valve cover with engine enamel, hi-temp paint, then cover it with clear coat.... or I also read that people are using Testor hobbies paint for plastic models. The plastic valve cover is the only part you want to paint, right?

I painted my spark plug cover with just regular spray paint. It gets hot, but not so hot that anything happens to it. Its been fine for months now.

Just painted mine last night, it was very easy. I used engine enamel and couple coats of clear coat on top.

In the car....

Actually it was painted red too, but I hand painted it with silver enamel before I clear coated the whole thing.

Here is mine. Sorry its so big. Just regular spray paint, I would have clearcoated, but I didn't want it to be shiny. BTW, you can't really tell, but the letters have a brushed aluminum look b/c I put some silver paint on them.

Click.
You can paint the radiator mounts, dipstick handle, battery tie-down, and ends of FSTB.
