whats needed to hook up nissan (Clarion) in-dash cd changer to aftermarket HU

Cant seem to find answer by search - basically, what do I need to hook up the 6 cd in-dash player with an aftermarket stereo, is some kind of adapter necessary? I believe the changer is made by Clarion for Nissan. I want to change out the stock radio/casette unit, but I'd like to keep the cd changer if possible. Thanx

You'll need a adapter. A car stereo shop may have this, if not check with Crutchfield (www.crutchfield.com).

not gonna happen. the bus used is European spec. thats why its so hard to find a retail model to hook up to our radios, unlike Honda and Alpine.

better off selling it and getting what you need.
