I get this shudder during the second and/or third shifts. Started in June, went away in July and the first part of August, now it's back. Doesn't do it all the time, but still about 80% when driving in the city. Does not happen during quick acceleration, like when entering a highway from a ramp. Any ideas? It's a 98SE with 76,000 miles.

 

Have you ever changed the tranny fluid?? If not, it's way overdue at 76K. I'm assuming this an auto.
