CAIs bad with factory foglights?

I read mixed reviews on running a CAI w/ factory fogs in an auto. Is there really a significant diierence with and without fogs? If I want to keep my fogslights, what is my best option, hybrid? Or will I be okay with the fogs in there on a CAI setup?

Patrick,
Chill, dude! You will LOVE the CAI, I promise! You will love the sound; you will love the look; you will love the performance.

The only thing you will hate is the gas mileage because you will always have your foot in the throttle so that you can hear the roar at WOT.

I have had my CAI for more than 3 years now, and have never experienced (or heard of) any problems with the foglights.

p.s., you're PayPal has been received, Thanks.

I was merely inquiring so that I would know what my best use of those CAI tubes would be. I had only read 1 anti-foglight post, but it makes sense. However, like I said, only 1 bad post, and 100 good ones. I thought it might just be overlooked in the excitement of getting a mod, so I thought I would ask around!

...second that! I just installed my Place Racing CAI a week and a half ago. I have had no problems what so ever... besides not being able to wipe the smile off my face everytime I get on it. It sounds awesome... you will love the looks you get from people on the street

What's the concern with the fogs?

From what gather, the fogs allow extra air in with the car in motion. The downside is that it also translates to more crap getting trapped in your filter: bugs, pebbles, dirt...
