Today I was going to school and I felt my clutch slippen real bad when i came outta low gears at low RPM. But I made it to school parkin lot and I parked it there for day. We had early dismissal so Im walkin out to my car and Im bout to go out to eat wit bunch kids from school and i start my car and go to put in first gear and it go in. The clutch is goin all way to the floor and the shifter is not going into any gear. Long story short I eventually got it to go into 2nd gear after pumpin the clutch pedal like 10 times and i had ride home like that shifting att higer RPMS when i wanted to go to the next gear. It totally sucks now I got find out how much this is going to cost. I wanna do the whole thing the throwin bearing too since that was going also. Is it a better idea to get a racing aftermarket clutch system and if so how much? thanx for ur help guys

 

Fix the leak in the clutch master clyinder. Probably a hose that's leaking. Rebleed and re-evaluate the need for the clutch job

to buy one is like 300 about... and to get it installed is like 400-500 depending on who u find to do the work. if you do it just get a flywheel as well so u dont have to get the tranny droped again, it be more exspensive. and a fly wheel can cost u from 400-700 depending on how light u go, or u can just get yours lightened... that works as well but not to the best of your max's ability.
