Need Fuel Pump Help....hellllppp!

My fuel pump sounds like a 2 year old child crying!! I do believe that it is about reday to give up on me. I have priced a new one...$300 and $140. Are these prices about right?

The car is a 94 maxima gxe SOHC. Does anyone know if fuel pumps from a 92 DOHC are interchangeable with my 94 car?

THANKS!!

PLease email me a response: allcarfan@aol.com

YOU COULD TRY CALLING A NISSAN DEALER AND ASK THEM IF IT'S THE SAME PART.
