Oil additives are usually worthless and provide no benefits. Don't waste your money on them.

Each oil mfg. uses different combinations of additive, which you and I don't know which combination. So why add to an unknow combination with another unknown combination. You'll be likely to do more harm than good.

Here's what I know. Using that motor up **** tears the crap out of your engine. I've hear it works good for a while and then tears it up. I wouldn't use it. The only additives I know of that work are fuel injector cleaners and octane booster. Not to say that octane booster "makes" horsepower like it claims to do, but it makes my engine run smoother and keeps the injectors cleaner. I use all this with premium fuel of course.

Don't put it in, especially if you're using synthetic motor oils. The additives that are added may/will conflict with the current additives in your motor oil. They will fight to lubricate the same spot and can cancel out one another. Use good synthetic motor oil and don't bother wity ANY additives (even Z-Max..)

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
I know several people who have had problems after using these additives. Usually the rings stop sealing, requiring a cylinter honing and new rings. I know of one blown engine too.
Think ---- if these additives were really so good why wouldn't the really huge oil companies have them in their oil? It is a competitive business, after all.
