Well I am dropping the car off on Monday to get the car fixed from the hail storm. The preliminary total estimate was $4200!! The nice part is that my bumper also got wacked by a rock flying through the air, so they have to repaint the entire bumber. Yeah, no more chips!!

Total job will be:

New hood
paint bumper (filling old license plate holes too!)
paint entire drivers side
Paint roof (after 16.0 hours of labor to smooth damage)
Paint Trunklid
replace front window (big chip from rock in storm)
replace all drivers side window moldings
Blend all adj. quaters and fenders

Bad part is that they need the car for 3-4weeks!!!! I am trying to get enterprise to hook me up with a maxima for the covered amount of my rental car, but it looks like I am going to be driving a good ole' taurus.

 

Sorry about your luck, but if your ever going to go with a kit ever, NOW IS THE TIME.
