SC'd 5th Gens...need a parts help!!!

Sup Fellas,

For all of you who are SC'd, I need the screw that screws the tensioner and idler pulley assembly to the under/side of the engine... I lost mine and it is a very awkward screw. Most of the screws made for the SC kit are custom made or cut just for 5th Gen application so they are not in any stores (I spent a few hours checking around!). Stillen wont give it to me becuase I bought my SC from Avalon and Avalon took waaay too long to get me replacement parts last time! I'm talking about a $2.00 screw here so I dont want to wait another month!! You cant just use any old screw because it will stick out too far and may rub against the belt causing it to fray! Now I cant run my car because I cant install the pulley assembly!!!
If anyone has this screw, or can get one easily, please let me know and I'll buy it from you....maybe anybody who bought their SC directly from Stillen can order it for me from Stillen (just order all the screws needed to screw the tensioner & idler pulley to the car to be safe)!!! I will PAYPAL you today for whatever the expense is or just FEDEX it to me if you already have it and I'll pay you right back...Any help would be great! I need to get back on the road ASAP!

Deac

PS: did I sound kinda desparate on this thread?

So you need the idler bolt? 19mm right?

There is/are no bolt/s on the tensioner pulley.

I dont need the bolt that bolts the pulley to the assembly, I need the bolt/screw that bolts the entire assembly to the engine!!! Again if no one has it, just order it from Stillen for me and I'll pay you back!

Which part are you talking about? Idler pulley bolts onto the SC bracket via a 19mm bolt. The tensioner pulley goes onto the Stillen tensioner pulley bracket (with spacer) and is held on with a 14mm nut.

I'm not sure what you're talking about when you say "the bolt/screw that bolts the entire assembly to the engine"

The Stillen tensioner pulley bracket... that must be it!!!! However theres a screw/bolt that bolts the tensioner pulley bracket to the car!! I think its a 10mm... cant find it anywhere!!! Thats the one I need.
Also Kev; are the instructions for the V2 install hosted anywhere around? I tried your old link here from maximadriver.com but it dosnt work anymore!! (http://www.geocities.com/y2kevse/ima..._instructions/) Where can I get instruction to install the V2 kit? Thanx...

There are three 12mm bolts that bolt the tensioner bracket onto the engine. You should have been able to use the stock bolts.

http://boostedmaximas.com/howto/ or how_to ...... I forgot.

Honestly? These bolts are not hard to find. They already give you the specs of the bolts on the instructions. I found most of the bolts at Lowes, im sure they have them at a Home Depot as well. You have to look in the section where all the bolts are in the drawers and crap.

Can you check and see whether or not the bolts that fasten the tensioner pulley bracket to the car are 14mm bolts please? Check in your instructions and see... I thought they were 10mm. Not that I dont trust you Kev but I want to make sure. So I can finally after 2 months re-install this SC! Thanx...

Do as you will.

I figured I should know what goes where after all the times I've played with the SC on two different cars. Oh well...
