My question stated above does anybody know how to remove it. I looked at the how-to's at the scanner one by BigDogJonx and he didn't say anything about removing it. Does it just pull out.

Clock removal..>

It's very easy... Just lift up each side, grab the clock on its narrow sides and pull up. There are "U" clips that each end of the clock and they will come out when you remove the clock. More then likely the clips will fall off and into the middle of the dash but will reappear in a few days of hard driving.

OK I got it out. Now for the other question I was wondering if I can add lights to my security light with just a power and ground. Wouls it work. I know adding a scanner has a security, power, and ground wires I just have power and ground.
