did clearance light mod today...

hey,
i did this tonight on my 95...was really easy to do but i'm not sure how much i like it. it definately looks better but i noticed when driving on the highway it causes those damn reflectors in between the dashing white lines to light up and make a wierd glare in front of me. so it almost seemed like i had flashing lights follow me down the highway....has anyone else experienced this? it wasn't that bright but it was enough for me to notice. i suppose it's not a huge deal, i was just wondering if anyone else has had that happen. pretty weird. it may have just been a lil bit of glare on my windshield from them and not noticable to other cars around me, but i really don't know.

for 95/96's, all you need to do is snip the top nub off and cover it up, then put the bottum one in the top spot. took about 10 minutes.

I haven't noticed that. I think it looks so much better from the front, especially after you put in some aftermarket bulbs. Hope it all went well! Did you use electrical tape?

yeah i used electrical tape. i had polargs(i think that's what they are) in there but...i just changed to phillips blue visions and they wouldn't have matched up because the headlights are now white, and the corners were blueish...so i put the stock ones in there and they're a lil too yellow...so now i'm gonna look for some more white ones to better match.

LOL...Let us all know if you find some, no one has yet. You'll always have a tint of blue with hyperwhites, and clear bulbs will always look yellowish....that's life
